All our products are delivered digitally via e-mail. You will receive a product key, download file and installation and activation instructions. Most products are delivered within 1-5 minutes. Some products must be delivered manually and can take up to 1 hour to be delivered.
You can also access the product you have purchased via My Account:
- Go to “My Account” by clicking on the upper right corner of the web page: “Hello, [your name]”.
- Click on “Orders“. Find the correct order ID and press “SHOW” at the far right under the heading “ACTIONS”.
- On the order page you will find the product key and download guide (some products will only be assigned a download guide via e-mail).

Nothing wrong with the product but to install it on a brand new clean Win 11 Pro PC I had to open the command prompt with Admin. Then copy the path for the installation batch file into the cmd prompt to get the install to run. Bizarre. It is the LTSC version of the product.

Not mentioned anywhere that I could see, this is the LTSC product. Haven’t quite worked out the pros and cons to that yet. Download, install and activation went smoothly.
